Student Orientation
Orientation for fresh students takes place at the beginning of every academic year. It is compulsory for all freshers to attend and participate in the orientation for the following reasons:
- Orientation is an avenue for the Management of the College to welcome all fresh students and help them adjust and settle down into College life.
- Fresh students are guided through the registration process.
- It prepares the freshers’ minds to the new world of College life and helps them re-align their individual progress with the broad goals of national development.
- It shows them the facilities available in the College which shall help make their education a rewarding process.
- It educates freshers about the rules and regulations that govern student behaviour.
- It educates freshers about their rights, privileges, obligations and responsibilities in their relations with College authorities.
- It educates students about the Students’ Representative Council.
